From 2005 until joining CompCare in 2008, Mr. Hill served as Director of Channel Sales for Healthmedia, Inc., an internet-based provider of behavior change services designed to increase compliance, reduce medical utilization and enhance productivity for health plans, employees, pharmaceutical companies and behavioral health organizations, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Hill was Vice President of Ultrasis Group Plc., a London-based provider of web-based and computer-delivered interactive behavioral healthcare products and associated services. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Hill served in a number of executive roles, including President for ValueOptions, a national managed behavioral healthcare organization. During his tenure, he oversaw commercial, federal and Medicaid contracts in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. |

Mr. Landis has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since January 2000 and as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since July 1998. Landis served as Treasurer of Maxicare Health Plans, Inc., a health maintenance organization, from November 1988 to July 1998. Mr. Landis, a Certified Public Accountant, received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from California State University Northridge. |

Richard L. Powers

Prior to joining CompCare, Mr. Powers served as President of MHNet Behavorial Care’s public programs division and its Florida Prepaid Health Plan. He also provided business strategy development consulting services to a number of behavioral healthcare companies. Earlier, Powers was Senior Vice President of Centpatico, focusing on sales and marketing in the HMO, employer and government markets. He previously held senior sales and marketing positions with Health Integrated, APS Healthcare and Comprehensive Care. Before that, Powers worked as a licensed mental health counselor in Florida and served in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps as a commissioned Captain. He earned a bachelors degree from the University of South Florida and Masters degree in health related professions from the University of Florida.
