Comprehensive Behavioral Care accepts delivery of electronic claims through the services provided by Emdeon (formerly WebMD Business Services). Providers submitting claims electronically through other transaction clearing houses should confirm with their vendor that submitted claims will be routed to Emdeon for delivery to CompCare.
It has been CompCare's experience that the majority of clearinghouse vendors accepting electronic claims have an agreement in place to forward those claims to Emdeon at no additional cost to the provider submitting the claims. Please e-mail us at the address below if you are billed for additional transaction fees from Emdeon.
You will need CompCare specific information on all your claim transactions. The document below defines the minimum information needed to successfully submit a HIPPA 837I Institutional or 837P Professional Transaction.
