| Clark Marcus

Mr. Marcus brings over 35 years of building public and private companies and strong relationships with business and political leaders. He was formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Core Corporate Consulting Group, Inc. ("Core"), having stepped down from that role prior to CompCare acquiring Core on January 20, 2009. Prior to that, he was a founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at The Amacore Group, Inc., a healthcare distribution company whose sales grew from zero to over $30 million in the final three years of his leadership. In the late 1980's, Mr. Marcus founded and initially funded Dimensional Vision Group Limited (DVG) and Fountain Pharmaceuticals, Inc., with both companies completing a public offering within their first year of operation. In the 1970's and early 1980's, Mr. Marcus was the driving force in the successful growth of a number of various private ventures. He was also a senior partner of the New York law firms of Victor & Marcus and Marcus & Marcus.

| Robert R. Kulbick

Mr. Kulbick, a highly regarded leader in the healthcare industry, has over three decades of experience as an entrepreneur and senior executive. Most recently, as President of ProCare Rx, Inc., he reduced drug spend 37% by launching a model that lowered prescription costs for employer groups and health plans via partnerships with Wal-Mart, Kmart, and Target. Prior to this, he served as Chief Marketing Officer of Cypress Care, Inc., where he engineered an explosive growth in revenue from $60 million to more than $250 million. In addition to former roles as President and CEO of RSKCo and Crawford Integrated Services, two of the nation's largest third party administrators, Mr. Kulbick also held senior leadership positions at ACE, AIG, and other national companies. Mr. Kulbick is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point, and holds an MBA from the University of Scranton.

| Reme Rodriguez

As President of CompCare de Puerto Rico, Ms. Remedios Rodriguez is responsible for overseeing all of CompCare’s operations in Puerto Rico. Ms. Rodriguez is a Behavioral Health managed care veteran with over ten years of operational management experience on the Island. She has a successful history of building and managing large, behavioral healthcare operations from scratch. Ms. Rodriguez's prior oversight experience includes managing large healthcare operations such as her former role as President and CEO of APS Healthcare of Puerto Rico, Inc. (APS). While in this position, Ms. Rodriguez was successful in transitioning behavioral healthcare services contracted to the Managed Care Organization (MCO) to a direct contract with ASES. In addition, she was awarded and successfully transitioned the Triple C healthcare Reform regions from FHC to APS. Just prior to her current role as President of CCPR, Ms. Rodriguez served as Vice President of Business Development for CompCare in Tampa, Florida. |
